The Conundrum Of Tech Support

Whatever it is that you wish to do within Internet Marketing, be it selling Cat Litter or Private Jets, you will be called on at one time or another to provide Tech Support to your market.

Obviously the customer is the key to success for anyone who markets Online. Taking care of that customer is what feeds us. So Tech Support is critically important.

Providing Tech Support to someone who purchases an auto from you Online is pretty straight forward; you step in and solve the problem and send your customer on their way, as your customer can’t really do anything on their own with any sort of information or instruction without special tools.

If you are providing virtual goods and services, all bets are off as you can provide the keys to the Kingdom to your customer by actually teaching them how to solve their own problems. However, as you will no doubt experience, if you have not already; rarely will your customers want to learn anything at all.

While you may find this pretty strange, this is just the way that it is. Your customers will want you to solve their problems for them. They will gladly pay you for your trouble. And while this may be painful for you to watch this train wreak in perpetual motion; this is just how it goes. Any benefit they may receive from your goods or services is going to be marginal at best. Deployment is going to be an even greater zoo.

What is really striking with all this, is that we eventually learn that the masters of commerce delegate to those that would do their bidding, and are the truly wealthy among us …… how strange!

Money is not everything of course, however, pride in whatever it is that you do is.
